Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses, with flexible scheduling to empower you to be your own boss.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and earn commissions with long-term residuals. Remote work is allowed, and candidates must reside in the United States with eligible working rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
