Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering freedom, flexibility, and uncapped earning potential for those who want control over their time and income.

You will go to local businesses, educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn commissions plus activation bonuses. Remote work is possible nationwide with training and full support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
