Xplor Technologies powers the experiences at the heart of everyday life and leads the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. We seek a self-driven Account Executive for a 100% commission-based role with residual income and flexible scheduling to control your time and earnings.

You will visit local businesses or work remotely to offer payment processing solutions, show how to cut costs, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and long-term commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with our core values and be a good human.

Responsabilités

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
