Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Account Executive Europe to drive sustainable growth across Europe by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships. The role focuses on promoting our temperature monitoring and supply chain visibility solutions to retailers, 3PLs, and producers.

This remote position is based in Southern Europe (Spain, Italy) with travel up to 50% across Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within cold chain logistics, transportation, supply chain, or food industry.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities across Europe, focusing on retailers, 3PLs, and producers.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through consultative sales and regular engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders in customer organizations.
Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations to secure new business and expand partnerships.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and updates.
Monitor market trends and customer requirements to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and project success.
Represent Copeland Cargo Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
