Job summary

Copeland Cold Chain is seeking an upbeat Account Executive to join our In Transit Monitoring Sales team. You will provide temperature monitoring solutions that include hardware and services to Food Retail, National Restaurant chains, Food producers, and other temperature‑sensitive or high‑value shipments.

As the AE, you will build and expand relationships with national accounts, negotiate pricing, manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and collaborate with product management, engineering, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years sales experience, in roles showing increases in responsibility.
• Up to 50% travel.
• Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with National Chain Accounts.
• Analyze market conditions, competitive intelligence, industry trends, product gaps, and communicate insights internally.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and proactivity in developing relationships and executing strategic sales plans.
• Manage pipeline activities and sales processes; detail opportunities in Salesforce and collaborate with Copeland teams.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with accounts.
