NCC is seeking Account Executives to win new dealership customers for auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business with a short sales cycle.

This remote role offers an uncapped commission structure with OTE targets and rapid ramp. You will work with a performance-driven team, leveraging Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasts.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships.
• Experience in the auto retail environment and B2B outbound selling.
• Hunter mindset with ability to open doors, handle rejection, and create urgency.
• Ability to connect NCC's auto-credit capabilities to dealership priorities.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through presentation, negotiation, and closing.
• Reach dealership owners, GMs, F&I leaders, and other decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into dealership value and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activities, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams for smooth handoffs and good customer experiences.
