Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling to auto dealerships (software, data, or related products).
• Experience in auto retail environment.
• Hunter mindset: opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency.
• Ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and connect NCC's solution to priorities.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and follow-up to build pipeline.
• Own full sales cycle from first contact through signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners and decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into clear dealership value.
• Maintain opportunities, activity, forecasts in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams for a smooth handoff.
