NCC is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

Automotive experience selling products and services to dealerships. B2B outbound calling experience is required. You will work remotely with no routine travel, enjoying an uncapped commission plan and strong OTE.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships.
• Previous experience working in the auto retail environment.
• A hunter mindset: opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency, and asking for the business.
• Ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and connect our solution to their priorities.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity.

Aufgaben

• Prospect daily through outbound cold calls, email, social outreach, and follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners, general managers, F&I leaders, and other decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into dealership value including operational efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams for a smooth handoff and strong customer experience.
