Job summary

NCC is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, engage dealership decision-makers, and close business through a concise value proposition and a short sales cycle.

You should have 2+ years of B2B software sales to auto dealerships, a hunter mindset, and comfort speaking with leadership. Salesforce experience is a plus and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling software or related products to auto dealerships.
• Experience in auto retail environment.
• Ability to open doors, handle rejection, and create urgency.
• Ability to connect NCC's auto-credit capabilities to dealership priorities.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and follow-up to build a pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Reach dealership decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into dealership value.
• Maintain opportunities, activity, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth handoff.
