NCC is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, contacting dealership decision-makers and closing business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

Accent on 2+ years selling to auto dealerships, B2B outbound calling, and a hunter mindset. You’ll work remotely and drive earnings through uncapped commissions and accelerators, with a 4-month ramp and ongoing professional

Formación

• 2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships.
• Previous experience working in the auto retail environment.
• Hunter mindset: comfortable opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency, and asking for the business.
• Ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and connect NCC’s auto-credit capabilities to their priorities.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners and decision-makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC's capabilities into clear dealership value, focusing on efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
