Job summary

NCC is hiring Account Executives to win new dealership customers for our auto-credit solutions. You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle.

Remote role with no routine travel, targeting auto dealership leaders. You will leverage your automotive experience and phone confidence to drive an uncapped commission structure and rapid career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships.
• Previous experience working in the auto retail environment.
• A hunter mindset: comfortable opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency, and asking for the business.
• The ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and quickly connect our solution to their priorities.
• Strong organization, follow-through, coachability, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, email, social outreach, and disciplined follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through presentation, negotiation, and signed agreement.
• Reach dealership owners, general managers, F&I leaders and other decision makers with concise messaging.
• Translate NCC’s auto-credit capabilities into clear dealership value, including operational efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to create a smooth handoff and strong customer experience.
