This high-velocity, consultative role collaborates with marketing, solutions, and customer success to build a strong pipeline and long-term relationships, guiding customers through procurement in a fast-moving, less complex buying environment.

Responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle — prospecting through close — for GC, Owner, and EPC accounts
• Lead discovery conversations that connect ALICE's capabilities to project outcomes and budget pressures
• Deliver compelling demos and presentations that explain complex optimization concepts
• Identify and develop champions within target accounts to drive internal buy-in
• Navigate procurement processes efficiently in a faster-moving buying environment
• Collaborate with marketing on inbound leads and outbound sequences to maintain a healthy pipeline
• Contribute product feedback and customer insights to the broader team
