Job summary

Stratis Group in the United States is seeking a Virtual Access & Reimbursement Manager to support payer strategies and patient access across client-defined geographies. This contracted, field-based role requires the ability to rapidly assess new geographic landscapes, establish productive virtual relationships, and transition between territories while maintaining continuity of service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales in healthcare.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing coverage needs and territories in a dynamic environment.
• Cardiovascular/Cardiology or hospital healthcare systems experience is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Experience with Retail and Specialty pharmacies and payer policies.
• Ability to educate offices on access processes and issue resolution.
• Experience educating HCPs and staff on patient service programs (e.g., copay).
• Experience delivering presentations via in-person or virtual platforms (Zoom/Webex/Teams).
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and CMS policies (Medicare Part D).
• Strong collaboration with internal partners and teams.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems.
• Timely preparation and submission of expense reports.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily virtual activities supporting patient access to products in provider offices and liaise with patient assistance services.
• Support field vacancies and overflow case management virtually via phone or video platforms.
• Assume responsibility for new territory assignments while maintaining program execution and customer support.
• Educate on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy drug prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
• Participate in client and internal meetings and document activities in the CRM.
• Act as access and reimbursement expert for assigned geography, monitoring payer policy and formulary coverage.
• Provide office education on access processes and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Use client-approved materials and resources when engaging with providers and field partners.
• Identify field access insights and payer trends to support continuous improvement.
• Report adverse events, product complaints, and other required information.
