Job summary

Stratis Group in the United States is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as a dedicated access resource within an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and approved access resources, coordinating with sales, market access and patient services.

This field-based role requires territory planning, travel up to 3-4 days per week, and strong knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, or related areas.
  • Experience educating HCPs and office staff on access programs.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days per week within the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities that support patient access in provider offices and liaison with patient services and reimbursement partners.
  • Educate offices on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals, and denials.
  • Participate in client and cross-functional meetings; input activity into CRM as required.
  • Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the territory; monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and access pathways.
  • Use client-approved materials and ROE guidelines when engaging with providers and staff.
