Job summary

Stratis Group seeks a Virtual Access & Reimbursement Manager to support provider offices and patients across defined geographies. This remote, field-based role educates offices on payer requirements, prior authorizations, denials, and access programs, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive timely approvals.

You will develop territory plans, manage activities virtually via phone and video, input activity into CRM, and maintain expert knowledge of Retail and Specialty Pharmacy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or related areas.
• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing coverage needs and territory priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities virtually to support patient access.
• Support field vacancies and overflow case management remotely.
• Rapidly assume new territory assignments while maintaining program execution.
• Provide education on prior authorizations, appeals, denials for Retail and Specialty Pharmacy.
• Input activity into CRM and participate in client meetings.
