Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role. The ARM will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources within an assigned territory.

The role involves developing a territory access plan, coordinating with sales, market access, and patient services teams, and conducting in-person visits to offices. Travel 3–4 days a week within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on payer requirements and reimbursement processes.
• Develop and execute territory access plans and prioritize accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, hub partners, and market access teams.
• Provide in-person customer visits and field education.
• Document activities in the CRM platform and report insights.
• Ensure compliant handling of PHI as authorized.
• Use client-approved materials and resources in engagements.
