Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role across a designated territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support, and access resources to facilitate product access for cardiovascular indications.

The ARM will develop a territory access plan, coordinate with sales and partner networks, and log activities in CRM while adhering to ROE. Travel of 3–4 days per week is expected.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services or Sales in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of Retail and Specialty Pharmacy reimbursement processes.
  • Experience educating providers on access and patient service programs.
  • Comfort with presenting in person or via Zoom/Webex/Teams.
  • Strong knowledge of medical insurance terminology and CMS policies.

Responsibilities

  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements, prior authorizations, denials, and access processes.
  • Develop and execute a territory access plan and prioritize accounts.
  • Coordinate with sales, hub/specialty partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Document activities in CRM and adhere to ROE and privacy rules.
  • Provide field-based education and issue resolution to obtain insurance authorization.
