Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related areas.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and access resources.
• Develop and execute territory access plans and prioritize accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, market access, and hub partners, logging activities in CRM.
• Provide education to healthcare staff on access services and reimbursement solutions.
• Monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and prior authorization trends.
• Communicate insights to internal stakeholders and support ROE compliance.
