Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a contracted, field-based role. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements and reimbursement processes, and coordinate with sales and hub partners to optimize patient access within a defined territory.

The ARM will develop territory plans, manage ROEs, and document activities in the CRM while traveling within the territory to support patient access and reimbursement for cardiovascular products.

Qualifications

• Experience in access/reimbursement across Retail and Specialty Pharmacy networks.
• Ability to educate HCPs and staff on access processes and payer requirements.
• Strong analytical and territory planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities supporting patient access in provider offices.
• Educate on prior authorizations, appeals, and denials for Retail and Specialty Pharmacy products.
• Provide in-person customer visits to discuss access solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and input activities into CRM.
• Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the territory and monitor payer policy and formulary changes.
• Use only client-approved materials and resources in engagement with providers.
