Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as a dedicated access resource within an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and approved access resources for cardiovascular products.

The ARM will develop and execute a territory access plan, coordinate with sales, market access, hub partners, and other stakeholders, and document activities in the CRM while adhering to ROE and PHI

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics).
  • 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Cardiovascular/Cardiology and hospital healthcare systems experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 3–4 days a week; must reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services.
  • Develop and execute a territory access plan; coordinate with sales, market access, hub/pharmacy partners, and matrix stakeholders.
  • Document activities in the approved CRM platform and adhere to ROE guidelines.
  • Ensure understanding of the reimbursement process in Retail and Specialty Pharmacy; manage prior authorizations and denials as needed.
