Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to serve as a dedicated access and reimbursement resource within an assigned territory. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient support services, and approved access resources, with high visibility within the organization.

The ARM will develop and execute a territory access plan, coordinate with cross-functional teams, document activities in the CRM, and help offices obtain insurance

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, or Sales.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Travel 3–4 days per week within territory.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare Part D experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and access resources.
• Develop and execute territory access plans and prioritize accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, market access, patient services, and hub partners.
• Document activities in CRM and report field insights.
• Provide education on prior authorizations, appeals, denials, and access processes.
