Job summary

Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a contracted, field-based role to support patient access by educating provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support resources within a defined territory.

The ARM will develop and execute a territory access plan, coordinate with sales, market access, and hub/specialty partners, and document activities in the approved CRM platform.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics).
  • 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Cardiovascular/Cardiology and Hospital Healthcare Systems experience a plus.
  • Ability to travel 3-4 days a week, with overnights, within the Territory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily activities that support appropriate patient access in provider offices and liaise with patient assistance and access support services.
  • Educate offices on Retail and Specialty Pharmacy Prior Authorizations, Appeals, and Denials.
  • Provide in-person customer visits.
  • Participate in client meetings and input activity into CRM.
  • Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for the assigned geography and monitor payer policy, formulary coverage, and utilization management requirements.
  • Use only client-approved materials and resources when engaging with healthcare providers and office staff.
  • Identify field access insights and report payer trends to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and report adverse events and product complaints per policy.
