Job summary

Cardinal Health's Sonexus Access and Patient Support team is seeking a Supervisor to oversee program staff handling customer service, enrollment and reimbursement activities, and other hub services. This remote role leads an inbound/outbound patient access support team and ensures adherence to SOPs and metrics.

You will coach and develop team members through regular 1x1s, monitor performance (AHT, SLA, FCR) and collaborate with partners to resolve complex program issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-3 years proven leadership experience in a call center or customer service setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to lead remote staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, coach colleagues and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, work instructions and program metrics.
• Conduct regular reviews of KPIs and report results to leadership.
• Coach and develop team members through biweekly/monthly/quarterly 1x1s.
• Manage Workday tasks including timecards and PTO approvals.
• Ensure compliance with laws, HIPAA plans, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex program issues.
