Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to support our Sonexus Access and Patient Support program.

You will handle inbound calls, resolve patient and physician inquiries, and enter detailed information into our proprietary software while coordinating with external partners to move cases forward. The role operates full-time from a remote home office, with scheduled hours during CST workdays, and requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and equivalent work experience.
• Pharmacy technician certification preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced call center environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and determine needs for one-call resolution.
• Enter detailed information into proprietary software while speaking with patients.
• Place outbound calls for follow ups and missing information.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies and referral sources.
• Identify and document adverse events during contact.
