BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to lead account-based campaigns and build AI-powered automations with the sales team in the US. This remote role collaborates with US-based sales, leveraging tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, and CRM platforms.

You will map processes, maintain target accounts, and report on pipeline impact. Join a global team of Top 1% tech talent and help drive new deals and account expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnerships with sales.
• 2+ years building seller automations (signal triggers, data enrichment).
• 2+ years with US-based B2B marketing teams.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Ads, direct mail).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLMs inside automations.

Aufgaben

• Plan and run account-based campaigns across email, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Ads, and direct mail, coordinated with sales owner.
• Map commercial processes and build automations (CRM, Clay, n8n/Make/Zapier, LLM steps) that detect signals and alert sellers.
• Build and maintain data behind programs: target-account lists, buying committees, enriched records in CRM portals.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on outcomes: meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated.
• Test new channels beyond core four and scale the ones that move pipeline.
