Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Campaign Manager (ABM) based in the United States to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth through AI-powered account-based marketing strategies. Lead multi-channel ABM programs across email, paid media, events, and partnerships, aligning with account priorities and sales goals.

You will work with Sales and marketing teams to measure performance, build scalable playbooks, and optimize campaign experiences using AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in demand gen and ABM incl ICP, tiering, buying-group mapping, and 1:1/1:few campaigns.
• Proven record of demand gen campaigns that generate pipeline; hands-on funnel management and sales process optimization.
• Strong AI/LLM proficiency: prompt engineering, account research, insight synthesis.
• Analytical/experimentation skills: hypotheses, test design, metrics, causal impact.
• Experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase): audience config, segmentation, activation.
• Marketing automation/CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce; campaigns, audiences, reporting.
• Cross-functional PM and communication; translate strategy into briefs and ownership.
• Sales Ops basics: lead-to-account, qualification, BDR handoffs, closed-loop reporting.
• Excellent written/verbal communication.
• Learning mindset; feedback, testing, iteration.
• Demandbase certification; ABM program experience by industry.
• Open to transferable backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered account intelligence: build comprehensive account profiles.
• Map buying committees: identify decision-makers and influencers.
• Apply AI to campaign strategy: use LLMs to generate insights and plan campaigns.
• Execute personalized ABM programs: one-to-one and one-to-few for enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate multichannel activations across email, paid media, events, and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional execution: briefs, timelines, budgets, dependencies.
• Partner with Sales to align campaign priorities and handoffs.
• Own testing and optimization: structured experimentation roadmap.
• Measure business impact: engagement, pipeline, conversion and impact.
• Build reporting and scalable playbooks: dashboards and repeatable tactics.
• Identify strategic opportunities with Revenue Ops and partnerships.
