BairesDev in Mexico is seeking a Growth Marketing specialist to join our remote team. You will lead ABM programs in collaboration with US-based sales to drive pipeline and revenue using AI-powered automations.

This is a hands-on role that blends campaign execution with building data-driven automations to tell sellers when to act, while expanding accounts across channels. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of ABM experience, fluent English, and a track record of building scalable automations

Formación

• 2+ years running ABM programs in direct partnership with sales.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers.
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across 3+ channels.
• Daily use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
• Map commercial processes and build automations that detect account signals.
• Maintain target-account lists and enriched CRM data.
• Report weekly to commercial leaders on outcomes.
• Test new channels and scale effective plays.
