BairesDev in Austin, TX is seeking a Growth Marketing Automation Specialist to partner with US-based sales and account leaders. You will design and execute account-based campaigns, build AI-powered automations, and help sellers know when to act.

You will map processes, enrich account data, report outcomes weekly, and experiment new channels to drive pipeline. Daily use of generative AI tools like Claude or others will be expected.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years leading ABM programs with sales collaboration.
• Experience building automations used by sellers.
• Experience working with US-based commercial teams.
• Hands-on execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Ads, direct mail).
• Daily use of generative AI or LLM tools within automations.
