Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing Automation Specialist to partner with US-based sales and account leaders, driving ABM campaigns and AI-powered automations.

In this remote role, you will build the data foundations, map programs, and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail, using tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, and Salesforce workflows. You’ll report weekly on pipeline impact and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Experience building and running ABM programs with sales/account teams.
Experience automating seller workflows with signal triggers and data enrichment.
Experience supporting US-based B2B marketing or commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail with sales alignment.
Build automations to detect account signals and alert sellers on actions to take.
Maintain target account lists, buying committees, and enriched CRM records.
Report weekly on meetings, opportunities, deals, and revenue influence.
Test and scale additional channels to move pipeline.
