Job summary

BairesDev in the United States is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing partner who will work daily with US-based sales and account leaders. This role blends account-based campaign execution with building AI-powered automations that tell sellers when to act, using tools like Claude.

You will map processes, manage data, report to leaders, and test new channels; you will drive pipeline and revenue with multi-channel campaigns, AI workflows, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal-based workflows).
• 2+ years working with US-based commercial teams.
• Hands-on multi-channel campaign execution (email, LinkedIn, ads, mail).
• Daily use of generative AI/LLMs (Claude preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail.
• Map processes with sales and build automations detecting account signals.
• Maintain target-account lists and enriched CRM data.
• Report weekly outcomes to commercial leaders.
• Test new channels and scale those moving the pipeline.
