Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join a performance-driven team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and leverage skip-tracing tools.

Role requires a minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong communication, and the ability to work from a remote, distraction-free workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Experience negotiating payment arrangements and settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements based on borrower finances.
• Use skip-tracing techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and regulatory compliance.
