LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for 100% remote work in the United States. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and apply skip-tracing techniques to locate borrowers while ensuring compliance with all laws.

The role targets individuals with at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Previous experience consistently meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip–tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain detailed account documentation and meet team performance goals.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
