Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our nationwide remote team. You’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing techniques to locate debtors while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, bilingual English/Spanish communication skills, and a proven track record in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
