Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team from home. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and leverage skip-tracing tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation, excellent English (Spanish bilingual a plus), and able to maintain a distraction-free remote workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip–tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
