LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our team. You will negotiate settlements, set up payment arrangements, and use skip-tracing to locate borrowers while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of third-party collection experience, strong verbal skills, and a professional remote workspace. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is a remote, weekday role within approved states.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace for confidential conversations.

Responsabilités

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
