LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists for 100% remote work, nationwide. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and locate borrowers using skip-tracing tools while maintaining compliance and high performance.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in third‑party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote, high‑volume environment. bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize portfolios to maximize recovery opportunities and meet goals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions and handle difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
