Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. If you bring strong negotiation skills and a track record of performance, you can help us reach recovery goals while staying compliant.

Work from home, manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and use skip-tracing tools in a high-volume environment. Must have 2+ years of third-party collections and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' individual financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and relevant assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local collection laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
