Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced third‑party collections professionals for a 100% remote role. This position focuses on negotiating resolutions, skip-tracing, and maintaining compliant, professional interactions with borrowers to support nationwide recovery goals.

Candidates should have 2+ years in third‑party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish a plus, and a professional remote workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third‑party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Remote workspace suitable for confidential conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Aim for individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
