You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers while maintaining compliant, professional interactions.

This remote position emphasizes performance-driven results, with schedule options from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, and opportunities for additional compensation based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while ensuring compliance.
