LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our team from home. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and help recover delinquent accounts while upholding regulatory standards.

A minimum of 2 years in third‑party debt collection, strong negotiation, and bilingual English/Spanish communication are essential. You will work in a high‑volume, performance‑driven environment with a remote, compliant workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional, remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Previous experience meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
