LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join a nationwide remote team. This role focuses on negotiating resolutions, setting payment arrangements, and using skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers.

You’ll work in a high-volume, performance-driven environment, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a 100% remote, from-home work setup.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Remote-work readiness with a professional home office setup.
• Experience in high-volume collections environments.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on financial circumstances.
