LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join our nationwide remote team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and strive to maximize recoveries while upholding compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and meet team goals.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet and a distraction-minimized remote workspace.
• Must reside and work in an LCS-approved state.
• Professionalism, reliability, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Work toward performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
