Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours within a 7:00 AM–6:00 PM window, performance-based earning potential, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401k retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third–party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a remote, distraction–free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip–tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities.
• Maintain detailed account documentation with accuracy.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection laws and company policies.
