Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to join our nationwide, 100% remote team. From home, you will manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and meet performance goals while complying with debt collection laws.

We offer commission, Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM), health benefits, 401k, DTO, and supportive team environment. Must reside in an LCS-approved state and have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently from a remote workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements based on borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and prioritize workloads.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Report progress to management and collaborate with team remotely.
