LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced collections professionals to work remotely from home, joining a nationwide, performance-driven team dedicated to compliant, results-based recovery. As a Collections Specialist, you'll handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, use skip tracing, manage portfolios, and document activity while meeting team goals and regulatory standards.

This role offers 100% remote work, commission incentives, and a schedule Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations; professional, reliable and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiating payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilizing skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Managing assigned account portfolios and prioritizing collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently working toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Delivering professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Maintaining communication with management and team members while working remotely.
