LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring remote Collections Specialists to conduct high-volume delinquency negotiations from home. The role focuses on compliant, professional customer interactions and strategic recovery efforts to meet targets.

Candidates bring at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities. Remote work is allowed from approved states with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
