LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Remote Collections Specialists to work from home in a nationwide team. You will manage delinquent accounts, negotiate settlements, and stay compliant with debt collection laws while operating in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation, and excellent communication skills. A high school diploma is required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Consistently work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain consistent communication with management and team members while working remotely.
