LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our team. You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls to negotiate resolutions, set up payment plans, and ensure compliance with collection laws from a home office.

This role requires at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities. Remote work eligibility depends on state authorization.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions in challenging conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
