LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Remote Collections Specialist to join our nationwide team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while maintaining high professional standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication abilities. This is a remote, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
