LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to work from home in the United States. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and leverage skip-tracing tools while complying with applicable regulations.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Remote-work capable with professional, distraction-free workspace.
• Experience in high-volume collections environments.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize portfolios to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and records.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions and handle difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and policies.
